Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our service. By submitting the Getting Started form and using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Paper Trading Accounts Only

You agree to provide API credentials exclusively for a paper-trading account with Alpaca Markets. You must not submit credentials for a live or funded brokerage account. We accept no responsibility for any financial loss arising from the use of live account credentials in violation of this requirement. Limitations of paper-trading: Paper-trading accounts do not support early exercise of options.

2. Authorization to Connect and Trade

By submitting your API Key and Secret, you expressly authorize Essofore to:

This authorization remains in effect until you revoke it by removing or rotating your API credentials in your Alpaca account.

3. Free Trial

The service is provided free of charge for an initial period of 30 days from the date your account is activated and may be extended or terminated early at our sole discretion.

4. Accuracy of Information

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you submit, including your API credentials, email address, and stock ticker. We are not liable for errors, failed connections, or incorrect trades resulting from inaccurate or invalid information provided by you.

5. No Warranty; Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ESSOFORE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

Because this service operates exclusively on paper-trading accounts, no real funds are at risk under normal use. However, we make no representations regarding the performance, profitability, or suitability of any trading strategy executed through the service.

6. Not a Broker, Adviser, or Financial Professional

Essofore LLC is a software provider. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, financial adviser, or financial planner, and we are not registered as such with any regulatory authority. The service automates the execution of an options trading strategy on your Alpaca paper-trading account based on a predetermined algorithm; it does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice of any kind.

Nothing in the service, on this website, or in any communication from us should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. You are solely responsible for all investment and trading decisions. If you require personalized financial advice, please consult a qualified and licensed financial professional.

7. Privacy and Security

Your privacy and the security of your credentials are important to us. By using the service you acknowledge our Privacy and Security Policy. In summary: we use the information you provide solely for business purposes related to operating the service, and we apply appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect your credentials and personal data. However, no system is immune to unauthorized access, and we are not liable for any loss, damage, or disclosure resulting from cyber-attacks, data breaches, or other security incidents outside our reasonable control.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
